You can't just become a British Citizen by taking a test.

You either need to be married to some one for 3 years (soon to be 5 years), or else have been resident within the UK for a period of time (depending on your visa/nationality).

If Serbia ever joins the Eu (and it woudl like to), then you'll gain automatic EU status which will allow you to move freely between EU states and live in any of them without needing to apply for citizenship.

There is a very useful UK web site for "foreign nationals" who are living, working or studying in the UK (See source below).

Hope this helps.

You dont become a citizen by just taking a test. Different countries have different procedures and before you can apply. So go the website and find out the requirements. Look it up on google.

After you have lived here for a while you apply to get Indefinite leave to remain.
After 2 years provided you have committed no crime yuo can apply to be naturalised as a british citizen.
The first step is too go to

http://www.ind.homeoffice.gov.uk
This site contains all the information you need and you can also download application forms.
