Default Want to travel to Mexico but on a strict budget. Want all inclusive, adults only.?

We are on a strict budject, and the only price quotes we have gotten from travel adgents are all over 4,000 dollars. We do not want to spend over 3,500. Is there any way to do this, but still get what we want? (all inclusive, adults only)
We are looking to stay for 6-7 nights. Air included in the 3500. Also, 3500 total per couple. Would be flying out of Boston MA.

Cancún area : El Dorado Royale , 450 acres , 300 rooms .
Playa del Carmen area : Secrets Capri , 71 acres , 280 rooms .
From 350 to 750 USA dollars per night per couple , all meals and all beverages included .
Air fare not included .
Standard could be : six nights x 450 = 2700 USA dollars . With air tickets added , total will be less than USA 3500 dollars .
Both are adults only .

Ixtapa ( Pacific Ocean ) : Qualton Club , 17 acres , 150 rooms .
Ixtapa : Meliá , 250 rooms .
Cost will be less than USA 3500 dollars per couple for seven nights , including airfares .
Both are all inclusive ( meals and beverages ) , for adults and children .

Ask if there are discounts for some reason .

We're going to the Blue Bay Getaway in Cancun, in June. our budget is quite tight too. We found airfare, all inclusive room at the adults only resort to be about 1550.00 for 4 days. We found travel agents to be the most expensive, we went to AAA, and Fugazy. Looked online at all the sites, Orbitz, Travelocity, et al, and found the most bang for our buck at Sam's club. We trust Sam's and feel that they wouldn't have BBG as one of their featured resorts if it wasn't a good resort. I looked online to see what sorts of reviews it has, and over all it looks positive. So Cancun and Blue Bay Getaway, here we come!
