I am a mature man that works with the disable and elderly for a living.Is there any need for travel companion?

I suggest you contact some independent living places for senior citizens that are on the upscale side and see if they have any residents who want to hire someone. You might also want to contact some organizations that work with senior citizens. I only had one request ever for a woman with a disability who I worked with and she was looking for a nurse to travel with her who could do bowel care.
