Yes it can.

I honestly wouldnt try it because they dont put the voltage's on the side of things for no reason. but the way voltages work is everything has a different size fuse and if u plug in something 2 powerfull for on fuse the other one will blow. so u might end up getting a new iron.......or buying a new cruise ship outlet =)

Yes. 120V and 110V are effectively interchangeable. Just don't try to mix 120/110 with 230/240.
