The tails of African and Asian monkeys are not prehensile. This is considered evidence that the South and Central American monkeys are evolutionary distinct from the African and Asian monkeys. What type of evidence would this be considered? A. Biogeography B. Aerodynamics C. Physiology D. Biochemical E. Botanical

biogeographical. the two groups evolved with different gene pools ( biological) because of geographical seperation. granted, this also has roots in the animals physiology and biochemical makeup, where the genes coded for proteins to build prehensile tails. very interesting question.

I could be wrong, but the evidence itself would be Physiologic (C) because you're presenting evidence of the monkeys' physical abilities. But the whole situation seems Biogeographical (A) since the monkeys appeared to have evolved differently due to geographical separation (like the above poster said). It could be a trick question.
