She will have to go to the US embassy in Tegucigalpa first she has to make an appointment. She will need a passport and take I think $150 in dollars or limpera. If they like what she has to say she will get a visa. It helps if she owns property and has family still in Honduras. The embassy is more likely to give her a visa if she has a reason to come back. Even if she doesn't get the visa she still has to pay for the appointment. Check the state dept. website for exactly what she will need in Honduras.
