It seems as if most Latino ballplayers are from South America/Dominican Republic.

It doesn't look like any players from Guatemala have ever played in the Major Leagues.

Panama has had 49 play in the majors including HOF Rod Carew and current players Carlos Lee and Manny Corpas among others.

Nicaragua (9) and Honuras (1) have also been represented in the Majors.
