Im a canadian citizen who has had a DUI in the past year and am travelling direct to mexico,is this a problem?

Like i said i am a full canadian citizen travelling directly by air to mexico, staying for a week then flying directly back to canada... is a DUI charge that im no longer restricted by and had completed in decemeber going to affect me being able to travel?

yes! if you are flying though you potentially will be charged with a FUI instead of a DUI

I don't know anything about Canadian law but I can't imagine why you would think the DUI would affect your ability to fly to Mexico.
