im guessing u need to know the countries forming them.
america del sur:argentina, bolivia, brazil, chile,colombia, ecuador, paraguay, peru, uruguay and venezuela.

america central:
belize, el salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama.

America del Norte:
Mexico, United States and Canada.
