Central America is the narrow southern portion of mainland North America and comprises seven countries: Belize, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama. So yes, North America includes Central America.
Middle America comprises Mexico, the seven nations of Central America, and the Caribbean islands. Anglo-America is a term that usually refers to Canada and the United States. |

All of these answers have something wrong with them, let me explain it to you:
Central America comprises of these countries (from largest to smallest): Nicaragua, Honduras, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Panama, Belize and El Salvador. Central American is a geographic region, it is not a continent (like South America or North America). That being explained, Central America is technically part of North America. Central America, South America and a couple of Caribbean countries comprise another geographic/cultural region, this is called Latin America. Regions in continents are all over the work. In Asia you have the region of South-East Asia which is Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, ect., then you have another region called th "Middle East", ect. ect. I hope my explanation clears any doubts of yours. |

Central America exists, usually the countries between Colombia and Mexico are considered part of Central American. In some parts of the world the Caribbean countries are also considered Central American.
In some parts of the world Central America is considered part of the North America. In other parts, like mine, Central America is not considered part of South or North America, the three making America, the continent. To me it makes no sense to say that "Central" belongs to the "North", so it should be called "South North America" instead of Central American, isn't it? |
