Default Is central America considered north or south America as a continent?

America is all the whole parts. central america, is CENTRAL A.

It's between both so it really doesnt belong to North or South America.

i think north america, because i just looked at a map with only continents, and central america was the same color as north america.

mexico america and canada only these 3 are on the continent of north america.

North america, because the last part of middle america is panama, and that belongs to north america.

central america may seem like it is bordered between north and south america, but it is recognized to be part of north america, panama being the end point, along with most of the caribbean islands(cuba, haiti, dominican rep, jamaica, etc.). once you head to colombia, you are in the south american continent.

Central America is basically the southern part of North America. South America is Venezuala on South. North America is Panama on North
