These are the biggest cities in those Central American countries, and they are three of the most populous central american countries.

Maybe you should take some elementary review classes. There are 7 continents. CENTRAL AMERICA is not a continent, but a region of North America stretching from Mexico south to the tip of South America.
I will provide links so that you can realize your enormous error.

Maybe you didn't realize that all those small countries south of Mexico on the map are also part of North America or maybe you are just ignorant.
