You must have a VERY recent health statement from a vet and current ( like brand new) rabies shot and current shot record. BUT, really, DON'T do it. Cats are not as common in Mexico as in the states. I believe that is because there are so many street dogs. It could be very dangerous for your cat if he got loose at all. Also, cats do not really travel well or like staying in strange places. You would both have a better time if the kitty stayed home. I live in Mexico and I have a cat...who strictly stays in the house with his very own dog who loves him!
