Can I travel in & out of the US (2 mexico)with a class c warrant in South Padre for open bottle container?

I went to South Padre with some girlfriends and got a ticket for open bottle container on Spring Break. I didn't feel I did anything wrong because we hadn't taken a drink yet.. we were just mixing our drinks up before walking the beach when the cops saw us and pulled us over. Well, now I'm supposed to be taking a trip to mexico and I'm worried that I might be taken into custody if it's a warrant. Would they arrest me at the airport or something when traveling in and out of the US?

Just take care of the ticket in Padre, and this won't be an issue.

I don't think that the Border Guards check for class c misd. If they do they would have to call the agency where the warrant was issued and confirm the warrant. If they got confirmation they would have to take you into custody and house you in a jail or holding cell until the agency sent a transport unit there to pick-you-up. They have up to 10 days to come and transport you back. If your not picked up in 10 days they would release you.......I just don't think they will go to all that trouble for a class c misd. they don't have the man power or money for that......I say go to Mexico have fun and come back and take care of business.
