I will be traveling to Mexico, with my US passport however, it indicates that I am a Mexican National (place of birth). When arriving in Mexico, will I be fined or so on, if I identify myself as a US Citizen - Naturalized. Or do I need to get a Mexican passport to enter with out being fined.

No, there will be no problem. Carry your U.S. passport and your proof of naturalization. It is no different than if you were born in any other country and became a naturalized American citizen. You don't have to worry about "identifying" yourself as an American citizen. You ARE an American citizen.
