Which city in Central America is great for partying and getting women?

I'm a single, 30 year old male, and have a free flight to go to anywhere in the Caribbean or Central America. I've been to Dominican Republic, Boca Chica, and that was great! Lot's of women and beach right there. Where can I go in Central America where you can get a lot of women for very cheap? Also, want cheap hotels, food, and a beach nearby. Is Panama City good? How about San Salvador?

Lots of Colombian girls in Panama. They are good looking, the rest of the Central American women are not that attractive. If you want cheap hotels, go to Nicaragua, but most of the women are ugly.
