First, living in Panama doesn't have to do anything with downloading old songs, the web is worldwide www.
If you are looking for old songs that were produced or are typical to Panama your best bet is going to the CD store. All of them have oldies because they have become very popular lately.
If you want to use the Internet to download then you'll have to use a peer to peer program like Ares but you will have to know the song's name or singer because if you type something like "Panama" I doubt you are gonna find what you want. You can try "combos nacionales" on the search but I don't know what music genre you are interested in.
