What route do I need in order to travel to Mexico if am from United Arab Emirates ( dubai)

The embassy is in lebanon, you have to submit the applications and all required documnets by courier, then if you accepted you must personaly go to the embassy there and collect your visa.

To go to Mexico from Dubai, I suggest you call Emirates airlines, they can take you to Houston directly and from there they may be able to advise on which airline to continue depending on your destination city.
