Travel from Toronto. Ontario to Mexico City

Is there a reasonably fast way to do this without too many connections?
Travel agents charge a fee and they are not always accurate
I should have explained that Toronto is in Canada.
I thought I had mentioned that I did not want to fly ... but clearly not. I am looking for bus/train options.

Greyhound Bus and US Interstate 35 are about the cheapest / fastest route.

I have previously found direct flights from Mexico City to Toronto, or flights with stop. I just took a quick look on Travelocity and they have both direct flights and flights with one stop available. The direct flight takes 4 hours and 35 minutes.

There are a bunch of different options.

One is amtrak from Toronto to San Antonio Texas, (change in Buffulo and Chicago) and then Bus from San Antonio to Mexico City

Amtrak portion cost about 260 USD. ( there are various discount you may qualify for and there are also uprgades that would cost you more. this price is just for a seat.
