Default I would like to travel to Mexico with my daughters and my ex-husband wont sign for a passport. What can I do?

I live in Florida. He refuses to allow me to take them out of the country. Is there anyway I can force him to sign?
Do you know anyone who has won a case like this? I will be travelling for work with my daughters.

There is nothing you can do until they are 14 years old. Then you can get passports without his signature also.

Do what I do ....and barter. Dont do anything for him unless he is willing to do this for you. I know it seems ridiculous but believe me something will come up in his life when he needs you to be flexible or budge on something and this is your chance to capitalilze on the situation. :)

Get on a fishing boat and head for Vera Cruz, one moonless night.

you cannot force him to sign at all. if he will not grant permission then they cannot go unless you get a court order which is highly unlikely.
