best air card for when travelling in & outside the usa to caribbean?

American airlines. They go to more Caribbean destinations than any other US airline.

It depends where you are flying from. For me, if I am flying from the east coast to cities on the east coast, I like Delta, Air Trans Airways. Flying across country to the West Coast, Continental, American Airlines or Jet Blue. Flying to the Caribbean, we try to fly American Airlines especially if they are direct and non-stop.

The answer is it really depends where you live and where you are flying to. It also depends if the airline provides non-stop service and the cost.)
