Where/When is the best place/time for two adults to travel to the Caribbean?

Trying to plan a vaca - first in since 1998 and need some help as to where in the bahamas/caribbean would be the best for the money (don't need the 'cheapest' but looking for the best value for the money spent) and best recommended by others to stay. Prefer all inclusive and not too noisy but would love a casino nearby! Help!

Best prices are generally found in Sept/Oct - we go every year to the Caribbean and that is when we go. If we where to do the exact same vacation right now it would cost 3x the amount we spend. For example: last Sept we paid 1500. for one week - that was a 5 golden apple hotel, airfare, food and transfers - everything!! It was an amazing RIU property and we will continue to visit every year. GOOD LUCK and have a great time!!!
