Flip Flops, Sunglasses, Sarongs, protective lip balm, beach towel(some resorts have small ones), blow up pool floaty if you like those, hair ties or clips if you have long hair, aloe(in case you get a bit burnt), facial cleaners that you should clean with every night with all the lotions you apply can really clog your pores, q-tips in case you get water in your ear. Trust me it sucks...have had it happen several times! Waterproof camera, extra tanning lotion. Also bring some higher SPF just in case. A good book to read, possibly a hat depending on how much of a sun person you are. I myself am a sun goddess! Will take what the Caribbean gives to me!

The Caribbean sun can get VERY hot. Better to sun tan by the pool also. When you tan on the beach it is more difficult to gage how hot your skin is getting and thus easier to burn yourself.

Have a Great Time!

Any skincare products such as: sunscreen, moisterizers, aloe gel for burns, or first aid spray for the burns. Hats, sunglasses, sarongs, anything to protect from the strong sun. I have been to the Caribbean 5 times and everytime I have been burnt at least once even with some of these things. It sure ruins a vacation when you are suffering from a sunburn. Lots of great photos to take, be sure to bring both a digital and a regular camera...that way you can get be sure to get some great photos either way. Sand fleas are definitely annoying, mostly in the evening time, be sure to bring some type of Off spray.
