I doubt very much that your baby will need all those inoculations since we don't have any malaria here. It is quite possible that there might be certain places that you might get it in but the chances are very slim. We have some of the best health care systems in the Caribbean. You just need the necessary shots that a child that age will need.

Well the bay may very well not need the injections but if you wnat to be on the safe side then go to your doctor to find out which ones are necessesary because at the end of the day babies do pick up things more than adults because there sysytem is not as matured as yet!

I'm wondering where in the Caribbean you could possibly be going that you need all those shots. I have not heard of this before and I've been traveling to and from the Caribbean for many years with and without small children. Are you getting these shots yourself?? With regards to the baby as mentioned before he/she should be up to date with their regular shots.
