How do you start a traveling rodeo business?

What exactly do you mean by traveling rodeo business? Promotors book the arena, hire the stock contractors, get PRCA sanctioning, arrange for the trophies and payouts, etc, and handle the advertising. Do you want to be a promotor? Or do you want to be a stock contractor? Your question sounds sorta like you want to put on something akin to the old Wild West, Buffalo Bill shows but no one does that sort of thing (least not in the US) any more because really all you have to do is promote the event and have enough money in the pot and the contestants will come from all over.
