Can I travel to Abu Dhabi, UAE for 3nights with $1,200Â*budget?

I have to visit Abu Dhabi to write CFA exam on 6th December 2008.
I need suggestions on the fflg:
- Visa processing
- Cheap return Ticket from Lagos, Nigeria to Abu Dhabi, UAE and the best time to make bookings.
- affordable hotel (3-4 nights)
- Access to internet on laptop and/or phone.
Any suggestion or links to infomation would be appreciated

If the 1,200 includes airfare and hotel, you're really stretching it, buddy =]

There currently aren't any airlines that fly direct into Abu Dhabi. Your best bet would be to take a flight from Nigeria to Dubai and then another flight (most likely with a different carrier) from Dubai to Abu Dhabi.

What country is your passport from?

The Novotel Centre Hotel is in a perfect location within the city, and compared with most of the other hotels in Abu Dhabi, price are quite reasonable.
