How can a car-less person travel on a low budget to SCI-Huntingdon prison in Pennsylvania from New York City?

I am with a driver's license.
I am without a vehicle.
My budget is seventy-five to one hundred dollars.
I would like to arrive before 10am on a weekend.
I here will be one or two travelers.

Can you not take the bus or a train

take a greyhound bus to the nearest bus station to the prision, then walk or take a cab to the prision. buy the bus tickets a week in advance, and it'll be discounted. if two or more travelers go, you get another discount if you buy the tickets on the website.
