☻Bantayan Island
☻Malapascua Island
I've been to these islands/beaches and they are such a wonderful place to go for a vacation.

how about picnic in tagaytay or trip to pagsanjan falls in laguna (P660/person - or at least it was the last time i was there), or go to subic

You can also try Subic Bay. 4 hours from Manila by bus. No weather problem.

I suggest San Juan, batangas. rates are closed to puerto galera for whitesand beach but for snorkeling or diving, at anilao, mabini batangas
