Budget for 8 days travel to Kuala Lumpur?

How much money (in USD please) should I bring for my familiarization tour to Kuala Lumpur? I will be staying for eight(8) full days. Meals & tours are provided for. I would just like to know how much to bring for emergency purposes and maybe a little shopping and transportation (taxis, subway?).
Additional detail : What clothes should I bring? Lightweight ones?

USD100 a day will be sufficient enough to have a decent holiday in Kuala Lumpur. However i depends on your preference. If you choose back pack holiday, it will cost you less than USD50/day. You just need lightweight clothes all year round.

It's enough for about USD50-USD100 per day. A normal meal at here will cost you around USD3 only. Bring lightweight clothes, it's hot here. Recently it always rains too, bring along umbrella when you're out.

250 US dollar is sufficient for you, however you may want bring a little more in case you fancy shopping in KL
