Any cheap hotels/ motels in Boston to spend one night ?

i have an appointment with someone at the 10 Causeway Street. So it will be nice to find a cheap hotel near this place to save taxi fare. I am broke....

Nothing in Boston is cheap!!!!!!!!!!!

However, you are in luck. Just down the street and around the corner from 10 Causeway is one of Boston's more reasonable places. It is a European 2-star type of place named The Shawmut Inn. Check it out.

Also nearby is an American Youth Hostel (on Canal Street, I think, or the next street over).

During my last trip I came across a website called http://www.cheaphotel-s.com . It has quite a large variety of hotels. You might wanna give it a try.

There are no cheap hotels in Boston. . . .Hank mentioned the same hotel I was thinking, the Shawmut. It's good, and clean, but nothing fancy. I had some cousins stay there this past spring break when they came in to town, and it was fine. It was good for us, because you can walk so many places right from there. So even after your meeting, you'll have options for drinks, dinner, etc.
