im thinking of going to boston in october for 5nights..with flights nd everything would give me 4full days and a bit of another day..is this enough to see all the major sights????should i add in an extra day?/
now can any1 tell me where i should stay like a hotel or a neighbourhood...im not quite sure on the areas so which would be best to see all the attractions\
i know theres loads of airport hotels..would this be a gd option or is it 2 far out of the city?or would it just be noisy with the planes or anythng

My advice to you is to stay right in the city. There are a lot of places to see in Boston adn the airport is somewhat off the beaten path. 4 days should be enough time I think. Just make sure you do the Freedom Trail and hit the North End for a great Italian meal.

Fanuiel Hall area. Plenty of Hotels, restaurants and the waterfront. Walk to the North End. I would walk Newbury st and take a DUCK TOUR for sure.

That is plenty of time to see the great sites here in Boston. Try visiting Fenway for a tour. If the Sox end up making into the playoffs and then into the WS again it will be a wicked busy time to come here though.

Stay in the Fanueil Hall area ... at the Bostonian Millenium. Easy to/from airport and great location. For a great meal where the locals go hit up Charlies Sandwich Shoppe for b-fast.
