expedia, orbitz, then find the flight and carrier you want and then check that airlines direct site. expedia seems to have some special where you can get a flight and a hotel at what they say is a discounted rate. but i think i read in the fine print once it depends only if 2 people are traveling.
however buying it through expedia or orbitz or travelocity doesn't really save money, as the hotel itself of the airline you buy it front should be selling at the exact same rate, they just have to pay commission to the website.
