If you are visiting....
1. Shows at Paradise, Avalon or Middle East 2. Sox game!! If you can afford it, that is. But tickets are cheaper now that they suck again. The world returns to normal. 3. Shopping on Newbury Street... again, if you can afford it. 4. Riding the elevator to the top of the Prudential center, from where you can see the whole city... super touristy, but oh so beautiful 5. Mike's Pastry in the North End... Cannollis that will bring tears to your eyes! Skip Cheers bar, it's really dopey, and don't even try to go to the Aquarium on a school day because there are always field trips there. Don't yell "Quack" at passersby if you do the duck boat, because we Bostonians all agree that it's lame. The Freedom Trail is well worth it if you are willing to walk several miles. For lunch try the Indian place at Quincy Market, you get a lot of food for 5-7$ That's my top five |
