Iv been a few times, I love the place. Some great things to do are going to see a football game at the Camp Nou, Spanish people love football, I'm not really a fan but the atmosphere is amazing. Just walking around the place in backstreet tapas bars and up to the main market is enjoyable. There are some great bars/clubs dotted around the city, a good place to meet people is in the bar area of The Kabul, its a hostel and a great meeting point.
I'm sure your have a great time, its a fantastic city. |

there are 2 bus tours - red & blue if my memory serves me - they will take you all around & you are free to get on/off as you like.#
Your hotel will be able to show you where they stop. You also have to sit & drink sangria whilst watching the worls go by on ramblas, I have spent many hours enjoying this!! If you get fed up with sightseeing then spend a few hours on the beach - perfect! Have fun x |

You don't mention your age or tastes, but don't worry, Barcelona has something from everyone!
There is some unbeatable nightlife, beaches, great food, some stunning architecture and also parks, gardens, cable cars, etc. A great start would be the previously mentioned tourist bus, for example, and for a good general heads up (but not like a guide book, more digestable), try here: http://www.bcn-rentals.com/barcelona-guide Have a good one! |
