How dare you suggest that Antonio Gaudi's Temple Expiatori de la Sagrada Familia - his unfinished masterpiece is dedicated to Dutch cheese, it is a homily to Catalan Cheese, looking just like that real nice cheese covered in ash, that they serve in the little bars... super stuff.
