what is a good hotel in bangkok close to soi4?

there are perhaps thousands of soi 4, but I'm going to push it and say, Sukumvit soi 4?

You don't mention any price range - there are lots of hotels in the Sukhumvit area. Like the other post said you don't even specify that you want a place on Sukhumvit either!

There are dozens of hotels on Soi4 in Sukhumvit area. I have stayed in Grace Hotel, Rajah Hotel an Dynasty Inn Hotel. All these hotels are 3 star hotel with swimming pools. All are about 50 $ per day and clean and guest friendly hotels.

Woraburi sukhumvit is located in a ideal place for shopping and for night life and walking distance to the train station. The staf was very helpful and also the room facilities was valve for money. The food was also good and the restaurant service as well. The hotel provided a tuk-tuk service to the main road. The restaurant is a bit warm during the day as it is an open place and was open 24 hours.

Do u mean Silom Soi 4, where the exotic nightlife is? I recommend HQ hostel (www.istayhq.com), only steps away from Silom Soi 4.

soi 4 would probably be best to stop at the nana hotel which is guest friendly and has a night club attached to it there is the nana plaza entertainment centre just opposite it

When i go to Bangkok i always stay at the Twin Towers hotel! Its well worth it and not too expensive if you book it on the internet!
