What hotel do you recommend in Bangkok?

Look into the President chain of hotels in Bangkok - very clean, good service, polite courteous staff. They're located near to the Bangkok rail transit system (BTS) on or near Sukhumvit Road.

i have tried almost all the hotels in bangkok and i recommend
Baiyoke sky hotel you can find a room for 2000 or less
Eastin hotel and spa maybe for 2600-3200bht
DMA Hotel its near eastin for maybe 2000-2500bht
Grand diamond suites its location is nice it has platinum mall to its left and panthip electronics to its right and pratunam market if you walk just a little in front of it i took a one bedroom suite thats what they call it for maybe 1300bht but because i had a discount you can find it for 1800-2000bht and all these hotels are clean and nice dont worry about that just go to www.asiatravel.com

The asia hotel near siam square. Ive stayed here twice its got all you need and 5 minute walk to the huge shopping mall. Its also reasonably priced and has a sky train in the hotel. If you book through asiarooms.com you will get a good deal.

Try Centre Point Petchburi Hotel Bangkok. it's approx. THB1950. It's very convenient for shopping!! The value for the money, the ease to shopping and the services available close to the Centre Point can't be beat. Laundry, entertainment syatem, internet and a kitchen.....etc, everything you need is there, and you like your home. No worries about cleaness. There are several good foot massage places right outside the hotel.
