What is the best hotel for a great price near the Baltimore Maryland harbor / with in walking distance?

I want to take my husband to the harbor for our 1st wedding anniversary. I also want to take the sprit of Baltimore Maryland dinner cruise. We are from NJ so I will be driving down this weekend. We what to stay close to the harbor does anyone know of any I need a nice hotel for a good price.
