Default drive time between Baltimore and Newark (EWR) airports?

I need to drive from Baltimore, MD airport to Newark, NJ (EWR) airport on a Saturday afternoon. I will be able to start by 2 pm. Will I reach there before 7 pm? What is the average drive time, if I DO NOT stop anywhere for a break?
I have pulled out the mapquest and google maps distance myself. It would be more helpful to know the realistic time which you would need...

You can likely make it in 4 hours or less (with good traffic). But, I have run into bad traffic plenty of times, which make it take a bit longer. There is a chance you won't make it there that quick.

Instead of driving, I recommend taking the train. There is an Amtrak station at the BWI airport (take a shuttle bus there from the terminal) and an Amtrak station at Newark (EWR)- take the AirTrain from the Amtrak station to the terminal. It takes 2 1/2 hours between BWI and EWR (plus time for the shuttle bus and AirTrain).
