Hotels in Baltimore, MD?

I am planning on visiting Baltimore,MD in August to visit a college. I unfortunatly am under 21. Does anyone know of a place that would allow people under 21 to check in, perferably close to John Hopkins and The College of Notre Dame? I am 19 years old and only want to spend a night or two in Baltimore. Thanks.

That is a rough neighborhood. I would get something a little further out like around BWI or spend $150.00-200.00 for a good safe place.
