good backpacking stove international travel?
I'll be in a few countries, some developing. I am looking at the MSR dragonfly and the Markill Peak Ignition by Vaude, and a few others. I don't know if wood will be readily available everywhere I go, or if I'll be allowed to burn wood in other places, so I ruled out a wood-burning stove. I will be in moderate temperature most of the time, though it should get pretty cold--I'd say down to 32 F. If its colder than that, I'm off to town. my altitude will be peaking at about 10,000 and obviously I'd like it to work at sea-level, too. I am trying to be as ultralight as possible, and I don't need a bulky stove taking up a lot of space in my pack. Is there anything out there for me?
