Do travel ads for the USA in Australia say "let's throw another burger and dog on the grill"?

Nope, In 22 yrs Ive never seen an ad on TV advertising America.

No they say, come sit in the audience of American Idol and listen to Simon Cowell live.

I don't think I've ever seen a travel ad for America. There's no need, because we get so much American television that we can pretty much tell what it's like.

No, they say "Stay in your own country, mate. Bugger off and g'day."

I don't know, but they should! Like a shrimp on the barby.

Never seen one. But what they should say is:

"Dear John Howard,
OK, OK, you can come for a barbeque Stop asking now.
Yes, bring the rest of Australia.
Of course I like you. Really. Show some spine, man.
Your pal
George W Bush"
