Yes.
It's really not that difficult depending on the purpose of your trip. Visit the australian embassy manila website and all forms you need are downloadable. plus all the requirements are there. Just print the form you need, gather all requirements (make a photocopy of all documents so the originals will all come back to you), furnish the necesssary payment (usually in the form of a manager's check, and call the call center hotline. They'll pick up and deliver back the passports to you all in about a week (for tourist and business visa applications). good luck. =) and happy trip. |

if you're filipino you do. if you're american you don't.
visa procedure take 6-10 business days - but usually less. costs 2,900 pesos. You have to call their NDD number which costs like 35 bucks per minute, to ask for a pick-up. You don't go to the embassy to apply. |

Of course you do need a visa to enter australia. What kind of Visa? well, it depends on your purpose. If you are not a Filipino, Australia has a list of VISA free countries wherein they can enter Australia w/o having a visa especially those coming from the COMMONWEALTH COUNTRIES e.g. UK, New Zealand, etc. etc.

Even you will stay for 1 day, you need a visa. You can apply for tourist visa at Australian embassy. Its in RCBC Plaza bldg. -Ayala avenue corner buendia Avenue. You have to provide financial and other documents that represents you can tour to their country. An invitation from friends or relatives is much better to support your application.
