travel in Australia..........?

I have this romantic idea of getting a job on a (sheep) farm in the outback,just to repair fences does this sound too romantic or is there this kind of work?

You should be able to find work like that. The further remote you go the more your skills would be wanted too, esp. if you have qualifications.

I don't think it's very romantic It will be hot dusty aand fly ridden work There is that sort of work There are people that travel working on the rabbit proof fence and I guess most cattle stations are constantly repairing
