Travel Insurance to Australia for a year, no excess?

I'm 21 with no health condition's I'm basically looking for one that covers most things eg. Health care, baggage, etc... for a year with no excess.

I've seen two before that covered all of them things for about £189 with no excess and I can't remember where I seen them to or what I typed to find them.

Anyone know of any good ones or seen any about the same price?
