Woah.. hold that. You only have status to live in France for 10 years. You're not a French citizen. If you try to leave and live in another country such as those listed you'll need another travel document that will allow you to go to those countries or a visa to allow you to stay (a visa would require a passport though). You'd be trying to enter these countries as a (whatever citizenship/nationality you currently hold) which may be rather difficult (how difficult was it to get residency in France).

It may look unfavourable on you as you currently have been granted residency in France and now you want to live in another country.

Where were you born? Why do you state you have no nationality? Is that due to paperwork? How did you get your Travel Document?

I take it you're a refugee in France, and this is why you have no nationality?

If your birth country is eligible for the Green Card lottery, then you can apply for it.

The countries excluded from the Green Card lottery are:
Canada, Pakistan, Vietnam, Mexico, Dominican Republic, India, Mainland China, El Salvador, Jamaica, Columbia, Haiti, South Korea and United Kingdom

People from everywhere else are allowed to enter. I'm not sure if you could enter as French.

Otherwise, you'd need to find a job, and get sponsored for a visa that way, or use one of the National Interest Waiver routes, most of which require that you're either extremely wealthy or extremely well-educated.

I don't have similar information for countries other than the USA.
