How young are you wanting to go? You can find male bettas at every pet store that sells fish, just about. All the major chain pet stores cary them. If you have a wal mart that still has a fish section, they will probably have them too. If you want something a little more spectacular, you can always research your area for betta breeders, but you will pay significantly more for these fish. In short, you should be able to find bettas just about anywhere they sell ornamental fish.
