Does the Retreat at Barton Creek Apartments in Austin Texas provide new/slightly used washer and dryers?

I was just wondering because i am planning on moving soon and i saw some old pictures of the model apartment and the washer and dryers looked really old... I was wondering if anyone has lived there before and knows what they look like...

They are pretty old, my gf lives their, and they shake and rattle.
Cool access to greenbelt though, and you can't beat that location.
