What does an out of state school student need to get into Univ of Texas at Austin for Business?

hey i am currently in high school, and i want to go to the university of texas at austin for business. I have a 28 act and a 4.1 gpa cumulative. I am in the top 10 percent in my class. Can anyone tell me the statistics of the out of state high school students who applied. I would like to know what i am competing with and how i stack up on the act and gpa. I understand they arent friendly to out of state students.
