Used to be a Group Travel Agent, depending on # of rooms would help rate and ask if Group Leader or Driver get COMP (complimentary) rooms!

Find a small inner city town and call 800 #'s of hotel style of choice, ask for Group Dept. and call at least three and let each one know you are checking with others for aminities and such...
